Welcome to the application process for Breakthrough Fort Worth!  

Please make sure to carefully read the requirements and prepare all necessary information before starting.

Application Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in either 6th or 7th grade.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to learning and diligence.
  • Be available to participate in our 6-week summer program without scheduling conflicts.
You will need the following
      • Primary Email Address: Provide an active email address to receive important updates.  
      • Recommender Information: Include the name and email address of an ENGLISH or MATH teacher who can recommend you.  
      • Most Recent Report Card: Prepare a copy or screenshot to upload as part of your application. Selection Timeline
